Saw nurse 2 months ago about spot on back, had second opinion from a doctor saying it could be removed. I got the appointment arrived at the surgery only to be told by another doctor that it couldn't be done, why was I told in the first place that it could be done? I was furious total waste of my time

Being told the correct information in the first place would of been a great help.

Making a appointment is very difficult sometimes you could be on the phone for a very long time. When you get an appointment the place is very clean and the staff are excellent

Some time you have to wait a long time in the queue for reception to give samples and if for information and not very private every one can hear you.
